I have just joined the group and boy is it great. I have a Garmin 760 paired with a Motorola V360. It works great. I am even able to voice dial. My problem is with the custom POI's that I have loaded. If I go to Where To then to Extras then to custom POIs all the custom POI's are there along with the phone numbers, but I am not able to call a number after selecting a POI from here.
If I select phone then, Points of Interest, then Extras, then Custom POI's and then select a POI I get a no matches found. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way it is supposed to work.
I would really like to be able to automatically call the number without having to enter it manually.
Thanks
Tom
you have to use gpx files, not csv
Clickable dialing requires that your POI's be saved in GPX format.

Tom,
For a phone number to be dial-able, the file must be of gpx format (not csv). If you want to convert, look into GeePeeEx Editor.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
.
I would just add that not only does it have to be GPX format but it also must be formatted correctly. Just converting a CSV to GPX typically won't work correctly. Definitely look into GeePeeEx Editor.
Nice
I like the new look MM
