Extra returns in Walmart Wal-Mart + Supercenters Sams POI

Hi there are just a pair of single quotes at 3375 and 3973. The line above them need the single quote to close. I found these typo while converting the file to a GPX.

"Submitted by poi factory" is listed. Are the admins (Miss POI or Jon) the poi factory userid

Also if you don't mind could you please do a change all of WM to Walmart in the file. I have about 900,000 POIs and really don't like having ambiguous names so would like to have 'Walmart' instead of WM. I just have a sed script that fixes this file. If you like I can send you the fixed file. Thanks.

If you going to rename all the Walmarts...can you point out the Super Walmarts from the regular walmarts....thanks.

Does someone want to figure out which ones a super and which ones are not? That sounds like a big project.

If you use the site locator on the site.
http://www.walmart.com/cservice/ca_storefinder.gsp
It has the option of finding only the Supercenters. Then once you found all the Supercenters then all the other ones we would assume that it will be a regular walmart.

Thanks for changing the WM to Walmart. Could you also check the two line number mentioned when I opened this post? I still see the single quote on those two lines and the lines above are missing a close double quote.

I do not have a Wal-Mart in my neighborhood and wondered where the nearest one was so I downloaded Walmart_US-b. At first I thought, hmmm there's one only a few miles away. I then found it shows a Wal-Mart located across the street from the Hollywood Bowl. It’s listed as: Wal-Mart 2640, 450 Highland Avenue Salem MA 01970.

The Hollywood Bowl is located on 2301 N Highland Ave, Hollywood, CA 90068, it’s not in Salem MA, 01970

BTW I know there isn't a Wal-Mart across from the Hollywood Bowl.... shock

I am not seeing these items for some reason. Can you check the file that is on the site and if it has not been corrected, can you make the corrections and send me the file?

What are you using to view

What are you using to view the file? Excel shows the newline in the same cell while many text editors show a return. The character is an ASCII '0A' which is a new line feed (not a return).

I'll email you the latest file with this change.
