Advice on Ireland travel

I am traveling to Ireland in October and will be there for a couple of weeks. We plan on renting a car and driving extensively throughout the country. I need to purchase a detailed map for my Garmin StreetPilot 2720 unit. This would not only include being able to navigate in the city (on the wrong side of the road) but also the roadways throughout the country. This software would need to include B&B's and restaurants. I would appreciate any advice on what I should purchase for this trip. Thank you.

Street Maps
For street maps, you'll need to purchase a European MapSource product from Garmin.
I notice the 2720 page on Garmin's web site lists City Navigator NT - Europe as a "recommended product", but I don't know exactly how you'd go about installing it on the 2720. Perhaps someone else who has first-hand experience with this model can provide more details.

Waypoints for Ireland!
I downloaded some way points. I think they are camp sites or whatever for Ireland and several other countries. You are welcome to them. They are in GPX format. I'm not great with geography but they look like they are for the European countries.
I just downloaded them tonight off the newsgroups so haven't had time to look at them. If you are interested you can email me.
