Has anyone purchased the European city navigator? Does it get installed into main memory, also?

Has anyone purchased the European city navigator? Does it get installed into main memory, also?
Europe City Nav.
My buddy purchased the European Maps. You use Mapsource to choose which selections to load to the Nuvi. They can either be loaded to internal storage or SD card.
You also have the option when you purchase the European maps to get them on DVD or preloaded on SD card.
