Just wondering if your trial shut off exactly 3 months after you activated it. Or did you had service longer than the date it said it would cancel?

I've been reading the FAQ and get started guides but would be appreciate it if someone can confirm my understanding of POIs and some general questions.

I am all set on the POI loader and connection to my GPS to the point having even got some extra POI on. They all show up in a Custom_POI entry on my Extras slot.

When I use webupdater it says im up to date when i just used My Dashboard it says I needed to update so i did. Which one should I use ?

My 885T freezes up while im driving, i have to remove the battery to free it up, any idea why this would happen ?

Just wondering if there is a way to run the equivalent of a macro when using the manual option within POI-loader. Rather than enter hit the alert radio button and enter a desired distance for each of my many POI files, is there a way to set this up automatically? Thanks for any constructive suggestions!

Just returned a 780 and purchased the 765T largely due to the lane change feature. I set up my bluetooth connection (took some time) but nowhere to be found is an address book of all my contacts. The 780 had this so I'm a little confused as to why a new model would not have an older feature. Am I looking in the wrong place? All I see is dial #, dial home or dial a POI.

Weird that Garmin remind us that our map is obsolete (2010.1) on our unit at a time where the new one is still not available... they should have program at least a delay in order to make sure that the reminder comes when the release is available.

I am currently using a Garmin NUVI 265W. I have loaded several POI's, including the red-light camera's. The sounds associated with the red light camera's work great. But, not a peep out of the sound files for other POI's. I have tried both mp3 files and .wav files. I rename the sound file the same as the .csv file.

Im looking for some type of software that I can adjust the Volume of my sounds (MP3s) on the 885T. I had it before. Im not talking about the TTS Voice Editor I have that.

Today I powered up my GPS Nuvi 785T and got the Map 2010.10 Out of Date again. This is the same screen I got before my GPS bricked. Anyone else get this today. I have the latest firmware version 3.60. I rebooted the GPS and it still worked. I hope this issue isn't starting to happen again.

I'm having difficulty finding where to log a POI error (not a custom POI but the ones native on the Garmin). I have found a place on Garmin's site about logging map errors but that seems to be a list that's forwarded to Navteq. I'm not certain that Navteq is in charge of the POI's loaded on Garmins so I'm not convinced posting it there will do any good.
