"Phone disconnected" - Nuvi 360

I just recently got a Garmin Nuvi 360 and it is able to communicate perfectly with my Motorola 551 cellphone. However at times when I restart the Nuvi it goes into this loop showing a "Phone Disconnected" popup every 30 seconds. I suppose it is trying to establish connection with my cell.
To get rid of the message I need to shutdown and restart my cell phone !
Anybody else have a better fix ? As in the expected functionality should be : if it can connect with the cell phone well and good, if not then I don't need a notification of that.

There is an update for the bluetooth, which might solve your problem.
