Send me more info via my contact email link. Until then I can only assume that you somehow deleted your 'StateCoord-v7.txt' file (the state database file) from your drive C root directory. If it's missing, just uninstall POI Verifier and reinstall it. Or, if it's easier, send me an email address which accepts attachments and I'll send the database file to you.
