XM Traffic help for Zumo 550

I have a Garmin Zumo 550 and I am having issues with my XM traffic. I live in the Baltimore area and I am not getting any traffic updates for there. I am getting the hey have reset updates for areas around Baltimore such as DC, York, PA, and Philly. I have called XM and they have sent me a refresh signal and then it works until I turn the unit off. When I turn it back on, it does the same thing. I called XM again and they deactived my subscription and reactived it, the unit worked again for the area and when I turn it off last night and turned it on this am, I again was not able to get traffic for Baltimore. I do not know if a hard reset on my unit would help, I have tried a soft reset wihtout success. Is there a way to do a hard reset? Any help would be great, thanks.

Do you have XM Radio as well as XM traffic? Are you getting the XM Radio ok if you have it? If you are, then this is an issue with XM and not with the Zumo.
If you have XM Radio and aren't getting it either, then maybe your antenna/receiver is bad which would be a Garmin issue.

I only have traffic. I did a hard reset and it worked fine. I travel outside the area and it picked up traffic for the area that i went to. However, when I returned yesterday, it was not pickup Baltimore again until I was almost home. When I actived the service, XM some how messed up my billing and were overcharging me by having me at some other service, do not know it this has anything to do with it as well. It seems that when they made the changes to my account, that's when O started having problems.
