In remembrance of our heroes this Memorial Day

Honoring all Veterans and Active Duty Members on this solemn day.

Absolutely.

My wife's brother was Navy for 25 years. He enlisted at 18 and worked up to Chief. He was then commissioned and retired after becoming Lt. Commander. Quite the accomplishment for a farm kid.

Unfortunately he passed last July. He served has country well.

All our servicemen, past and present, deserve our deepest thanks.

Memorial Day

I want to thank all our active duty military and Veterans for their service and I want to thank all our military that made the ultimate sacrafice to keep this country free. Thank you all for your service

“Happy” is inappropriate

Most vets or service members feel it is not appropriate to say "Happy Memorial Day." Memorial Day is a day of remembrance and solemn reflection, not a celebration. It's a day to honor and remember those who have died while serving in the U.S. military. Veterans Day, which is celebrated on November 11th, is the appropriate time to thank veterans for their service.
