Garmin Tread 2 does not support Custom Symbols/Icons

Purchased a Garmin Tread 2 Overland GPS for my vehicle. I've been using my Garmin Montana 700 Handheld in my vehicle and figured it was time to get a "real automobile GPS".
I was unable to get my custom symbols that I have been using on my Garmin GPSMap 67 and Garmin Montana 700 working on the Garmin Tread 2. They were not showing up.
So I had an online chat with Garmin Support and after about 20 minutes of going back and forth I finally got the answer: "Custom Symbols are not supported on the Tread devices".
Disappointing, I was told to submit an "idea" to request that function so I did.
I'm not holding my breath on this one.

Most definitely don't.
Garmin is one of the worst companies I've encountered as far as fixing issues/bugs that have been around for YEARS...let alone, implement a customer's idea or suggestion. They have a monopoly on the GPS market and seemingly don't care to fix what's broken because of lack of competition. They instead release new hardware with their own new issues that never get resolved either. And the cycle continues...

Also noticed that Garmin Basecamp supports 266 Internal symbols.
The Garmin Tread 2 only supports 152 internal symbols.
That's a negative difference of 114 symbols.
