DriveSmart 66 EX Personal POI not showing

I am unable to get my POI showing, I have the map layer on. I see them in categories-POI so there are loaded.

I have tried everything I can think of.

Any suggestions.

Problem solved. I did a

Problem solved.

I did a hard reset and when it came back to life it loaded an update. I don’t if normal or if it is a new update. After the new update the ‘Up ahead places’ appeared in map layer.

Anyway, I went for a drive and some of my POI where showing, but not all. Turnout I had some in PNG format and some in BMP, only the BMP where showing. It’s a change.
