Keeping The Windmill Alive – October 2022

Perhaps you can post on a new book you're reading, a new hobby you're taking up or about random finds as you finally get around to cleaning out the..., or your most recent adventure?

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Please keep comments polite.

This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.

a trip. Little Nuvi with updated POIs working great. GPS sure makes navigation effortless, as always.

Now if we can just out run the weather. Seeing snow showers and some really cold (for us) temps in the forecast sad

we did not out run the weather. Had to setup the camper in snow showers and woke to 12 degree temps in the morning...burr!

No complaints because most of the trip had temps in the low 70's. Not bad for a 2300+ mile round trip in the Fall.

Nowhere

Only to the store and back.

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

EAT FIBRE

the doc driving the borescope today had one thing to say, he said he would be out of clients if people did one thing
ate fibre
so eat an apple, cook your veges slightly less for a little crunch
just do it,
eat fibre
because

Quote:

lay on your left side,
draw your knees up,
you may feel a little pressure,
now moving from descending to transverse
you may feel a little pressure

is NOT fun

and the "prep" liquid; Poison, Really Effective Poison, while it does not actually kill, makes a person wish that it did

anyway, I'm bored back to factory spec, and vaguely disgruntled

Columbus, OH

My trip for the month to MLP (Major League Pickleball) event. It was a fun time, but we did not get to do much touring of Columbus. We were in the Dublin area and NW corner of the city, and saw some of the area. No game, but we did see the OSU campus.

fixed

the car, whew. All of our cars are old, we take it for granted when things are running perfectly for years...
