Garmin 2595 Windows 10 Garmin Express disconnecting fix

Been away for awhile and thought I'd post this in case others run into similar issue.
Found it over on Garmin's forum. Hope it's not against the rules to put link here. I didn't want to just copy and paste and take the credit.

In short, go to volume menu, hold upper right hand corner screen until the developer's page comes up, and where the MTP setting is, change from Auto to Mass Storage.
