I had one similar to that one. The holders are adjustable but kept coming out of their slots. I guess that once you've decided which position works best for you, that you could use some silicone adhesive
If its like the disk under my hand coffe grinder
The trick is keeping the under service and the dash you have it on clean before using. As long as you don't move it around without cleaning both surfaces first it should stick pretty good
