POI Loader - Will Not Load - HELP!!

Tried to re-load Garmin POI Loader to my computer running Windows 10 and program does not install. I get a pop up window that says "Modify Setup" with options to "Uninstall" or "Cancel".'
It does load the desktop with an icon .... but that just takes me to the pre-mentioned screen.
What am I doing wrong??

POI Loader.
It sounds like you are just rerunning the POI Loader installer instead of running the installed program itself. Look in folder
"C:/Program Files (x86)/Garmin/POILoader", then find the file POILoader.exe and make a shortcut to it.
If you can't find the folder given above, do a search of your C: drive for the program named POILoader.exe and make your shortcut to that file.

Your post was 100% right on. I had an old version that was lurking around so I went in and cleared everything out ..... Installed and then connected a Short Cut to the Desktop from the file and now everything works fine.
