Yeah, and on the Canadian Prairies we skip Fall and Spring entirely. We got 20 centimeters of snow on November 3, it was -35 degrees Celsius on January 1. and its -20 Celsius this morning.
I never understood the rationale behind groundhogs seeing (or not seeing) their shadow. I just want Winter to be over!
It's all a farce so the talking-head weather spinners can blame it on a poor creature. Well, that, and the town needs to make some tourist money in the winter.
I seen my shadow for a minute or so in Ohio.

I stood outside and saw my shadow. But then regardless there is no Winter in Mexico anyway. For us snowbirds its permanent summer.
