Some areas have speed cameras, there is a separate file for those.
Also if you look through the POI files there are some files for known speed trap locations but nothing in real time.
I put together a POI for places the Pennsylvania State Police have been seen using RADAR on I-95, there are files like that for other places too in the "checkpoints/safety zone" area of the forum.

Where I live there are too many who will go through completely red lights. In fact I see it many times where they have ample time to stop but chose to step on the gas and accelerate through a red light.
Serves them right to be hit with a hefty fine and eventually if or when the insurance company finds out about these tickets, their premiums go up quite a bit.

No, speed traps are dynamic in where they are located.. this file addresses cameras that are "planted" into the ground.
