I can't think of any reason that it wouldn't work as long as it is formatted FAT32

As member alandb stated as long as the SD card formatted to fat32 it should work.
I have a standard (not micro) 32gb SDHC class 10 in my Sony camera.
I can't test it in my Nuvi 2460 that accepts a micro SD card since it won't fit being a standard card.
I can tell you this, my ancient Nuvi 660 that has a standard SD slot will recognize the card and it's contents at 32gb and Class 10. I was surprised it was able to read it.
I don't see you having a problem reading it on a Nuvi 67lm.
