21,275 NORTH AMERICA CAMPGROUNDS (CSV) by Rivopom only Contains 20,275 records

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that 21,275 NORTH AMERICA CAMPGROUNDS (CSV) by Rivopom only contains 20,275 records.

I have an older csv file by him and I have 20,750 records.
From his change log I noticed that he only added new locations.

Any ideas why there are actually less locations?
