bbq in texas

I have downloaded your bbq.csv file.
Thanks for that.
I used gps visualizer to convert it to a gpx file so OSMAND could import it. I only wanted the Texas locations, so when I was out and about I could check the nearest one.
After I had it built I checked it. It seems that no matter how I convert it Texas is skipped.
Any suggestions?
What software should I be using to change a csv to a gpx?

There is a GPX file also listed. I use the GPX file as my main file since it is too difficult to convert a CSV to GPX.
