Had to call Benchmade the other day for warranty work. Dialed the number and ... boom! A live voice answered the phone! No phone tree! No being put on hold. Thought it was remarkable.

Looks like our mild California weather will be dropping 20 degrees starting on Tuesday - down to the 50's, Brrr!

They promised us temperatures in the 60s (69 to be exact) last week and it never happened (here in the Palm Beaches). It only got down to 71. But tonight, it's supposed to get down to 65 degrees. Yes, in the 60s for the first time this season! BRRRRRR!!!!
