My Garmin Express (PC version) updated to version 4.0.14.0 today:
Garmin began rolling out Garmin Express v4.0.14.0 for the PC today. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version, Check for Updates to Express on the Settings page within the Express application. This version includes the following changes:
• Fixed an issue preventing Golf score cards from being uploaded to Garmin Connect.
• Fixed an issue preventing manual Step Goals to be set on the vivosmart.
• Fixed an issue preventing some Forerunner 310XT devices from syncing with Garmin Connect.
For Mac: Garmin began rolling out Garmin Express v4.0.14.0 for the Mac today. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version, Check for Application Updates by clicking “About Garmin Express” from the Garmin Express menu bar, and then click “Check for Updates to Express”. This version includes the following changes:
• Improved required software installation for Golf devices.

Tried to update. Express gives message that the 64-bit installer won't install a 16-bit application.
Ran GE again and now it is updating.

After all, 64 bit is pretty new! Not many devices out there running it yet.

Ditto. I used GE 4.0.13.0's check for updates and it found and installed GE 4.0.14.0 on two Win7 64 PCs although on one, it changed my settings to "Always keep running in background" which I had to disable. I've had that happen on some previous updates as well.

Installed GE on mac
No problems with installation of GE 4.0.14 on my iMac.

Installed without any problems on 64 bit Win 8.1.

Just updated Garmin Express successfully on my Windows 7 64 bit machine, however, I just noticed that it's version 4.15.0 ! No idea of what further changes were made...possibly just to fix compatibility?

V4.0.15.0 just downloaded and installed on my Win 7 32 bit PC.
