Just returned

from my trip to Atlanta. Left my Garmin home and only used Waze. I must admit it was easier to manage. Didn't have another device plugged in to the cigarette lighter and no wires draped over dashboard.

Lose weight!

YOU don't have to pay anyone anything to lose weight!!!!!!
Check GOOGLE for the 5:2 fast diet.
You eat normal for 3 days, fast one day with 600 calories for men 500 calories for women and then eat normal for 3 days again.
Eating normal does NOT mean stuff yourself silly at the Buffett counter!!!!!
