TomTom Rider H-D POIs

Howdy my first post
I have a new version Rider and would like to have the H-D POIs in it like my old Garmin. I'm not a computer wiz and need some instructions.
Thank you

As far as I know, the Rider uses the same format for the POI files as the other TomTom models, so you should be able to use any of the file conversion programs available on the web to change your Garmin format POI file into a TomTom format file.

In regard to loading the file onto your Rider, I'm not sure whether that model is a Third generation TomTom or a Fourth generation device. If it is Third generation, you would load the file from your computer using the Community Content option within TomTom's MyDevice Connect software.

If it is a Fourth generation unit, the last time I looked they were still in the process of updating the software to be able to do that with the MyDevice Connect software. I *think* that they were close to finishing, but I don't know the actual status as of today, so you may want to check on TomTom's web site.

Well the POIs are in the GPS

Well the POIs are in the GPS but you can't use them. They will show up along the map but you can't bring them up to go to. They can be brought up to edit or to deleate only.
