Please Help, I'm new to Garmin and for some reason cannot install Garmin Express on my Laptop

Hi,
I'm new to garmin and already experiencing problems with the installing of the Garmin Express program, it downloads fine but every time i try to install the program it gets 2/3rds of the way through and then errors with a statement asking if i have "sufficient privileges"

Has anyone experienced this and do you know how to overcome this issue?

Install as administrator

Are you using Windows7?

Had to do this also!

lower security to almost nil

You might have to lower your security settings down low, or to its lowest settings. There is a slider buried in Control Panel that you can do this with. I have run into your situation using Win 7 on my laptop.

Unless you are the lead sled dog, the view never changes. I is retard... every day is Saturday! I still use the Garmin 3590 LMT even tho I upgraded to the Garmin 61 LMT. Bigger screen is not always better in my opinion.

You might try

You might try:

I've used this in the past when Garmin Express would not work. Good luck.
