Sure has been the opposite polarity here in So Cal. 80 degrees lately where I live. Can't get enough of that!

My GPS finally found it! The Polar Vortex settled over our home and dog-gone-it, it's cold!

CA got way too crowded for my family. The older neighborhood houses became rental property. My belongings and my children were no longer safe. I looked at my old house on Google Street View. It resembles a fortress with bars on the windows,doors and side gate.

I hope all you guys/gals in the East are finding ways to keep your buns warm. It sounds really cold, like when I was a kid in Ohio. Be safe - or better yet - stay off of those treacherous roads until the streets are cleaned or salted. Do they still use salt?
