Zumo 550 hard start


My Zumo 550 has started to time out while acquiring satellites sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to boot.

Where is the zumo located when it is trying to acquire satellites? If it is outside with a clear view of the sky, I find my 765T seems to do better than when I am sitting at my computer.

What solution are you looking for?
What troubleshooting have tried?
Have you done a hard reset?
What firmware version is on the device?
What maps?
Does the device have a clear view of the sky?
Have you read through the posts on the Zumo Forums?
