Most TV shows have a website that often includes an episode list (or "episode guide"). Have you tried looking around in here...

While I would appreciate your time and effort to create this, I would not be interested in such POI. What would I even want to go to a known bad restaurant?

Do they really deserve a second chance?

Absolutely.

Can they change the bad habit in 3 days of chaotic bandage fixes to be a good business?

Very unlikely.

While it does seem impossible to resurrect any business in 48 hours, lately I've been watching the shows where Robert Irvine revisits some of the original makeovers. In some cases the restaurants have continued to thrive 6-10 years on. For that reason, I'd still like to see a POI file created for this.

For that matter, Bar Rescue and Hotel Impossible sites would be interesting to me.

My understanding of the show, was for the Robert Irvine to go into a bad restaurant, fix the owner, fix the menu & fix the decor, so that the place would be successful again.

With only $10K and 48 hours to essentially "flip" the restaurant--and the bigger problems almost always being the owners' attitudes or skills--1 out of 3 seems like a decent batting average!

I would not be interested in this POI, especially not knowing which 1/3 were a success.
