Zumo 660 Icons

Im new at this so I may be doing something really silly,
I cant get my Icons to load into my Zumo 660 I can get POI, MP3, TourGuide, Redlight everything works except my Icon's I am using the same name as the POI the size is 24X24 I have built my own and also downloded others but all I can get is the standard dot. Anyone have any ideas what I may be doing wrong? When I run the POI loader everything looks fine just no Icons show up. I have tried both Express and Manuel mode.

Craigw replied to the post before mine and he named the problem I had my file was not saved in 256 color Thanks craig you didnt even reply to my post but you fixed mt problem
