Who Sells Certified Refurbished Garmins?

I am wondering if anybody here knows if there are any other retailers that sell Certified Refurbished Garmins than what AI suggests. My search shows this:

I have heard of GPS City, GPS Nation and The GPS Store, but I have never heard of Reebelo and Joe's Gaming & Electronics.

The two vendors I deal with are GPS City and the GPS Store as mentioned in your post.
The trick is finding refurbs that are Garmin certified. The units I see on Amazon and eBay usually aren't.
Look beyond the refurbished offering
At any given potential vendor I would be looking beyond the terminology of “refurbished” and see what are the return privileges. That being said over many years I have purchased units from GPS City, GPS Nation and the GPS Store and all have been great units and many in a like-new condition.
Having a neighbor that is a Regional Manager for Best Buy, I will say that at one time he told me that the store Geek Squad turns the device on, and if a default screen comes up it is wiped down and put in a box and sold as being refurbished. I have bought numerous external SSD drive refurbished from Best Buy. These have all been good; utilities that access the “health” of the drive often report 10 to 20 hours of use.
