First time POI downloader - request patience and assistance!

I'm a long-time Garmin user but a first time POI user. Please can someone give me step-by-step instructions how to download the icons and sounds and anything else this cool sight has to offer into my Garmin 2595?

I have clicked on many of the restaurant icons so now how do I get them to my Garmin?

Also, how do I add new traffic camera locations to my Garmin.

One last thing, if I subscribe to the traffic camera alerts, how do I download them to my Garmin?
