Local members are absolutely needed
Based on our experience in Nassau and Suffolk County NY, it is absolutely necessary for someone to go to the locations.
Media reports are highly inaccurate in that some locations are left out while others without cameras are included. Speed cameras are likely not at an intersection, making an accurate location impossible using Google Earth. Some streets cross at more than one location, so local knowledge is needed. Cameras have disappeared with no announcement.
A dedicated group of members is needed in Prince George's County to keep the file accurate.
