First off, I am a newbie here and I am sorry if this is already discussed somewhere else.
I downloaded some custom poi files today. Is there a way to create sub directories? Right now when I go to my extras there is only one directory. (Custom POI)
When I open it up it has all of them. I downloaded Marriott hotels, Free WiFi hotspots, and a few others but they are all lumped together into one huge directory. Is there a way to create a directory for just Marriott, just Wifi, etc.?
Thanks for your help... Garmin 1450...
Yes
In the folder on your PC (or Mac) which you put your Custom POIs for subsequent uploadng to your GPS using POI Loader just create sub-folders such as:
My POIs
> WiFi
> Food
>>Panera
>>Olive Garden
>>Sizzler
>Gas
>>Shell
>>Pilot/Flying J
>Rest Areas
etc, etc, etc
