Is there a complete listing in USA for Subway in every state. The current one doesn't show some states such as Louisiana or Miss.

You're Correct
Go to the subway poi http://www.poi-factory.com/node/30506 and see who the maintainer is. Email him and see if he can put them in.

Illinois is not included so far in the POI_FACTORY file. I'm being patient. There are thousands here. However my up to date 1490t does have the closest 50 listed in the "Where to>Points of Interest>Food"

If you go to the Subway poi page http://www.poi-factory.com/node/30506 after you sign in you can click on ScottW name and select contact, from there you’ll be able to email him.
