Isn't this obvious from rulings so far? Winner will be one with properly attested speed measuring device. And this implies police. So far only instances that cops lost case about speeding or behavior on road were those when they were measuring speed with improperly attested device or recording from their own cameras was showing that cop is lying. Otherwise consumer grade devices are not recognized as proper proof of innocence.
There was topic on forum about "GPS getting driver out of speeding ticket". But in reality it was cops wrongly calibrated speed radar that case judge to void ticket. See here http://www.poi-factory.com/node/32380
