Chase bought out Washington Mutual, so there are a lot of branches in California. Don't see any POI file that lists all of them.

How would I get started on the .csv file?
If you are talking about compiling a file, see if their website lists locations/branches and copy them from there. It helps if you are a 'power user' for one of the spreadsheet programs and can write the commands to reformat the data from their list to the needed columns for a file.
