I just returned from a Texas vacation. I traveled through Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. There are o many speed traps in Oklahoma and Texas, If it weren't for the "Teaxa Speed Trap" POI, my vacation would have been ruined. When I was notified, that I was "driving in a speed enforcement area" there was a traffic cop there in more than 50% of the time. It was amazing.
What was frighening is the way the speed traps are setup. In a lot of cases run see speed changing at the crest of a hill or in a bend in the road.
