red light camera caught

For those people who travel alot I would recommend the AAA Digest of Motor Laws. This book covers all states in the US and provinces of Canada. One of the tables included is called 'Automated Enforcement Chart' This is by State and tells whether the State allows auto enforcement(cameras) and for those that do it tells: where they can be located, violation checked, who gets the citation, who is liable for the violation, what the photo shows, traditional penalty(police stop), automated penalty(camera). I have the 2008 version, AAA provided them to my PD, they are normally $13.95. They don't have anything about GPS use yet unless it is the 2009 version. This book is great, it covers everything you could be stopped for. My goal is education,,,not to penalize.

Hmmm... now that IS pretty cool. I see that they had some worthwhile music files in the screenshots too.

Also, since I don't try to read the tiny text when a alert occurs, it would be great if the voice spoke the intersection. Is it possible to make that happen?

I fly for a Major Air Carrier out of Chicago. I'm always writing down information about Poi-Factory and Red Light Cameras for fellow crewmembers. Most havs a GPS but don't use it as "I know where I'm going".

By the way, my GPS said 'Government Revenue Enhancement Camera ahead" when it approaches a red light camera which makes my friends LOL

I'm new to all of this (not to technology but to using a GPS). The red light files are a great feature/service!
