Touchscreen problems are a well known issue with the 765T. But recently I have noticed that the error rate seem to have decreased after I installed a screen protector. Has anyone else found this to be the case?
Not yet
Can't give you an answer just yet, but after I clean the fingerprints off my 765T screen, I'm putting on a screen protector. I'll let you know if that reduces the "error rate" of the touchscreen. I assume you mean the wrong screens popping up sometimes when you touch the screen.
Sprint sells the Fellowes WriteRight as a "universal" screen protector - means you get sheets of the stuff and you cut it to size for the device you're protecting. I have a protector on my Samsung Instinct (iPhone knock-off) and it works great.
OK, where'd I put that screen cleaner...
Garmin 765T...Is it about the destination, or is it about the journey?
Good Luck! I used a screen
Good Luck! I used a screen protector that was meant for PDA's. I hope it helps you. 765T would have been a great unit, were it not for the annoying touchscreen errors.
