Search Radius added to CSVSplitter

I've updated the CSV Splitter app to include a Search by Radius function.
http://sites.google.com/site/raptorbase/Home/POICSVSplitter_...
1) Select a file, or for this function you can select as many files as you want and have it merge them all into one CSV file.
2) Choose an output file name
3) Enter a Latitude and Longitude to search around.
To enter degrees, minutes, and seconds, type each with a single quote between them. for instance to enter:
39deg, 12min, 38sec ..enter 39'12'38
This function will only function properly in the Western Hemisphere because I tried to build in some goof-proofing, so the longitude should be negative.
This is one site that can take City or ZIP and give you a Lat/Lon from it:
http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/gazetteer
4) Enter a search radius and select miles, kilometers, or nautical miles.
5) Hit [Go]. The file returned will contain all POIs from all the selected input files that fall within the radius (using WGS84 Ellipsoid) of the selected Lat/Lon.

Sounds good
Will have to give it a try. This site is truly amazing, with all the talent that is on the site and if someone can figure out what to do with a gpsr or what to do with a poi file you guys will figure something out to make it better.
