Trying to pair a BB 8100 to a 265wt

As the title says. I'm having a heck of a time with getting the nuvi to accept incomming calls. If I use the cell phone to accept the calls the audio is fine on the nuvi. The problem is that I do get the incomming call prompt onscreen but when I push the button it will not accept the call. Any suggestions? I have previously paired a Sony cell phone with my nuvi, I have also checked if this phone is compatible and according to the Garmin list it is.

Update

I have sent an email to Garmin support. (I sent it on Saturday and they actually responded on Sunday) WOW. Unfortunately it was suggested that I try the same things I have already done. I have even re-installed the software 5.0.1. The problem is that when the nuvi says that the passcode is 1234 the phone (BlackBerry 8100 Pearl) doesn't seem to communicate back to the nuvi. When I run the process I can get an incoming call to show up on the nuvi, but when I accept it on the nuvi the phone still rings. If I accept the call on the phone the audio works on the nuvi. Having to answer an incomming call on the phone kind of defeats the purpose of snycing it up with the 265WT. Anyone else have any suggestions? I don't want to swap out the unit as I have just purchased the lifetime maps and switching them over to another unit may prove to be difficult (if not impossible).

.

Be sure that on the BlackBerry Bluetooth settings you set it to "always trust" the nuvi.

Go to the Bluetooth settings page on the BlackBerry. Highlight the nuvi. Press Menu. Select Device Properties. And next to Trusted set it to Yes.

No luck

I've tried what you suggested but no luck. Somethings wrong because according to the Garmin phone list the 8100 Pearl should work. Oh well I'll live without it and hope for a software update.
