I don't know which unit you own but they are loaded in the custom POI section. Give us the unit and someone can be more specific.

Ultimate test - head for your nearest red light camera and see if you get a warning. Depends on your model as to what you get. My 250 gives a visual red bar on the top and the warning voice says "Red light camera ahead" (That is "Fred" in the Australian version....)
NOTE - there is no need to activate the camera to get the warning....
On our Garmin 260
they are listed under Extras>Custom POIs>Redlight-Cameras (and Speed-Cameras) if you loaded them both with default settings. Hope this helps.
