765t & Custom POI's

After loading all my custom POI's I started checking them only to find out the interface is very different. When you touch a specific POI the opening screen only has the Name of the POI and no other info, along the bottom there is a "More" button when you push it you get two copies of the address and phone number which is not dialable even on GPX files. I have tried loading them through POILoader and Map Source with no luck. The problem is even in POI's I created on Map Source. I called Garmin and the tech had the same problem and told me that the dialable numbers could only be entered into the unit and not from a custom file he is reporting it to the engineers. Any ideas outhere?

Interesting ... sounds like the 765 is using something akin to the Nüvi 8xx interface - that seems to put the comment field on Page 2, as well.
Apart from that...
You can't access the address & phone number fields with Mapsource - only the comment and description fields - Mapsource can't create dialable phone numbers for any unit.
Also, when Garmin changed POILoader so that it treated the comment and description field separately, they needed to amend Mapsource to stop it duplicating the fields (hence your 'two copies').
This was reported to Garmin in ... APRIL !!
