Can the creator of this file put all the locations/states into one POI file for download?

I still have about 21-22 states to finish the US. When I finish that, I will try to combine all into one or two files, depending on the size of the files. I am using GeePeeEx editor to create these files and it will not accept duplicate location names. This may create a problem if I try to combine them.
