i have just paid for and loaded 2009 map source on my 2610 about 3 weeks ago.i bought another 2610 recently.can i somehow use the same updates on the other one without paying again?

You have to purchase a new 2009 disc from garmin for each gps no matter if you have 6 of the same unit
The disc will tell you when you go to load it to the other 2610 that it is not the unit with the right serial number and there for it won't load you have to give garmin the serial number when purchasing the disc so that disc you got is only for the unit you give garmin the serial number to
