For anyone looking for this file, I wanted one as well but couldn't find that anyone had actually done this so I went ahead and made one using all the Capital One Bank locations in Google. I verified all my local ones are there so it should be reasonably accurrate but if anyone finds any mistakes or missing entries, let me know.
I contacted Capital One to get a list of locations directly from them but all they did was refer me to the website locator, which is very limited in search area. Hopefully the Google entries are accurrate.
