If you've ever wanted to modify your TTS voice file, here's an easy program http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/TTSVoiceEditor
I tested it on my 750 and it works perfectly. I finally got rid of the annoying "recalculating"!!

I received your email acknowledging my email and receiving the TTSVoiceEditor v2.90 file.
I just realized the program will not work for you.
Your profile does NOT show what Garmin model# you have. Looking at an old post of yours (5/1/19), it appears you have a Nuvi 2495LMT, this program will only works on older models. Please update your profile indicating any Garmins you may have.
TTSVoiceEditor has been tested on Garmin models:
Model Compatibilty
Nuvi 1xxx and 3xxx
Nuvi 7x0, 255W, 260, 3x0, 6x0, 8x0, 1490
Nuvi 7x5, 255W, 265, 3x5, 6x5, 8x5

StreetPilot C550, C580 and 2730.
StreetPilot C310, C340 and C510
It is NOT compatible with the following models:
Nuvi 250W (this model does not support TTS voice)
StreetPilot C320 (this model does not support TTS voice)
