One XL - Removal of "Do you need to arrive at a particular time"

Every trip I plan I see "Do you need to arrive at a particular time". The manual says under 'Change perferences' then press "Show ALL menu options" so that "Show fewer menu options" is actually displayed that a "Do not ask arrival time" icon should appear. I do not see the icon anywhere.
Why is this icon missing?
I see Disable Bluetooth, Disable wireless data, Show Version, Reset factory settings............
I don't know how different
I don't know how different the menus are between the One XL and the One 3rd edition. But on the 3rd, select change preferences / > / > / Status bar preferences. In this menu on the 3rd screen is listed "Show leeway to arrival time", unselect this option.
My 730T asks me if I want to
My 730T asks me if I want to turn that off if I don't use it after a while. Otherwise, Its in the "Status bar preferences" like Bootprint said.
