Using NUVI to find my car--

I'm going to a concert tomorrow, and I would like to use my NUVI 350 to help me find my way back to my car.

Has anyone had any experience using the nuvi 350 in this way?

I seem to remember my Nuvi 200 had a Pedestrian or Bicycle or Car option.
I cant seem to find that on the 350.

Thanks!

Find your car - two steps.

1 - take your Nuvi with you and as soon as you get clear air (assume you are in a carpark and go to the nearest exit) mark the position.

Actually - that is step 2. Here is the Step 1 - the cunning bit (courtesy of my elderly father-in-law) - get a ping-pong ball (or something equally attractive rolleyes ) and attach it to your car radio antenna - hope you have one.

Go to your event - navigate back to the marked position - then look for your marker.

Actually - I don't use a ping-pong ball personally - I have quite distinctive roof bars! Much more attractive cool

Dear PC,

Reading your posting made me realise that I do the same thing. However, there are many Subaru Outbacks and I have to check the plate as well.

P.S. I also press the button on the little black box to hear her talk to me and see her flash lights. She is cute when she does that.

Some great suggestions... as my mind gets more and more clogged with other info, I'm going to put these to use! Thanks.
