Right click on it and save to your computer.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
From Here?
Are you trying to download an mp3 file from this site, POI Factory? If so and you are using a PC, then right click once on the mp3 filename you are trying to download. This opens a context menu. Left click on Save Target As...
Then select the folder on your PC where you want to save it.
EDIT: dang! Bentbiker beat me.

Or.....
Are you just trying to load the alert with the poi?? If so, make sure the have the (exact) same name right up to the file extension (xyz.mp3, xyz.csv).

I think I downloaded it now should there be a alert of some kind just before I get there. I've tried it many times but nothing.
.
Did you SET an alert when you loaded the Custom POIs? Regular Custom POIs don't alert by default.
You must set an alert if you want an alert to sound. You can run POI Loader in Manual Mode and set whatever alerts you want. Or you can put some alert information in the files themselves.
Check out Phil's great guide for more information about alerts.

I can only get it to make tones.
.
Then you need to double (and triple) check that you've named the MP3 file and the CSV file EXACTLY the same except for the file extension.
In the file browser on your computer, go to the options, and be sure that it is not set to hide the file extensions.
Check to be sure that you don't have for example, Starbucks.mp3.mp3.
Also, be sure that you've renamed the MP3 to the same as the CSV file. For example, the sound file you downloaded might be Dunkin_Donuts.mp3. If your CSV is named DunkinDonuts.csv, you won't get the Custom Alert. You must rename one of the files so that they are the same except for the file extension.
Then be sure that you have placed both the Custom POI file and the MP3 in the same folder on your computer.
